The trainers are on and another run will be done.

I ticked off all my planned jobs yesterday and have two small ones planned today.

This afternoon dad and I are going down Clydeside. It's really lovely there and plan to visit a garden centre and have some lunch.

Tonight it's TV and a Chinese takeaway.

Sun is out and it's a lovely morning, apart from a very cold north wind Supposed to be quite warm later, so the wind should warm up too - hopefully

Lazy day again. Don't like doing too much when it's hot, so a late start this morning, breakfast, then a swim, then down to the bar after the athletics, to meet friends.

In a short while I'll ferry MrsC to her dad's and bring her back about one. Not much on this pm but tonight I'm off out for a couple of beers with some friends, which will be nice.

We've been on our usual Saturday morning shopping expedition. The weather here seems a bit uncertain, but it hasn't rained (yet).

Not certain what we will be doing this afternoon - watching the TV no doubt.

Heavy rain overnight, started off dull this morning, but the sun's trying to come out now.

Not much happening here. We were planning to take the bus down to the harbour for a stroll, but with the weather being a bit iffy and still resting the ankle think I'll just potter around the house.

Funny weather here today, very warm and sunny one moment, wet and rainy another B and I have been to SW this morning - she lost well, I didnt, nuff said After that the usual Saturday stuff - brunch at Corretto's then round to see D

My blue espadrille sandals have split across the sole - no wonder, the amount of walking I do - so on our way back to the car after our brunch we popped into the Clark's outlet shop in the Quays and I got two lovely new pairs of sandals as they had an offer of buy one pair, get the second for £10 So I did
