Sunny this morning, but we have a ring of mist around us

Helping Grumpy this morning, to save him getting up and down the ladder with tiles. I'll just be standing there, handing them up not sure if I'll be allowed to take a book with me Will only do it for a couple of hours, as it will get too hot later.

Swim, shower, then down the bar this afternoon.

Tiling going on here too later this afternoon, as Mick's still doing the bathroom - I stay out of the way though, I'm in charge of tea making and dog wrangling It's coming along nicely though

Morning Jan. You and Grumpy work hard. Kaz, it's very close here too. Enjoy Correttos!
Taking MrsC to her dad's soon. He's a bit sad. One of his neighbours has died. Lin was a dutch lady who was about 94 and right up to her stroke she walked miles every day and enjoyed painting. She would have hated life just sitting in a wheelchair so in a way it's a blessing.
I will get the paper and watch the motogp qualifying this afternoon. That apart it will be a lazy day.

Morning all its getting brighter but its muggy
Washing is just hanging on the line looking sad no wind ho well it's British summer and getting dark earlier still I have my new lamp

112 roof tiles shifted from the top drive to the new workshop - sorry - store room I'm going to have a battle on my hands to keep him from cluttering it up with "stuff"

He's already put on two rows and we're just having a water/coffee break, then do a couple more.

I will be more than ready to jump into the pool

Good morning all, it is very dull here, not sure if it is warm or cooler. Today is Miss Osc’s 17th wedding anniversary, it was dull that day too but very muggy and rained a lot when we were at the reception. We are heading to Carlow later for a dance overnight - dinner, b&b, dancing tonight and tomorrow, it should be fun. It is only about an hour and a half drive too, which is good. We got up a bit later than usual, still have to have our showers, but we don’t need to leave until after 2pm, so we have plenty of time.
