A big hug from me to you all too.

I had a really wobbly day yesterday. I think weekends are the worst because it’s the time when we’d go out and do something fun, and when I’d see my parents and my sister and brother in law and we’d sit and chat and laugh. I’m fed up of worrying, I’m fed up of our normal being taken away from us all, and I’m so bloody angry that this virus has happened at all and it’s not just affecting us all health wise but the economy is going to take a massive hit too. I also worry how the NHS, and worldwide health care, will deal with the mental health fall out from this.

And it’s the silly little things. Yesterday I was fed up of cooking and really fancied chips. Proper greasy chippy chips, but of course none are open. I thought I’d look into buying a deep fat fryer. I looked for a reasonably priced one on Amazon and Argos. All were out of stock so we won’t be getting nice chips anytime soon.

I second this ^^^ Especially when I have seen footage on FB today of your 'ordinary American' totally flouting the guidelines to remain home! It's shocking and bodes poorly for the time after now, how will we allow ANY American to fly anywhere when they have complete disregard for how the rest of the world is coping with this???

I miss my daughter so much....we're neither of us 'contact-y' people, so our messages are sporadic anyway, you'd think this time would make us communicate more, but we don't, even though I miss her lots. We have Skyped though, and we have an hour of laughter and daftness when we do....I just need to touch her and 'smell' her if that doesn't sound weird. I'm not bothered about being in lockdown other than that.....I find things to do most days and I haven't given a thought to work (other than to hope I have a job to return to when this is over!), we have a WhatsApp group for us staff and it's nice to chat on there.

I love hugs though and would happily have a massive group one!! ((((((((((((((((((((((((VV))))))))))))))))))))
