A lot are doing book collect stuff fish/chips and even Sunday carvery and some pubs doing the same every day it's the only way business is going to survive even butcher's veg/fruit shops and nursery for plants compost it's vital for them wish hairdressers could

So, what are we doing in lockdown about keeping the tresses in good order? Ossie has attempted to trim his own fevvers with a pair of scissors and a magnifying mirror - with, shall we say, mixed results

Mrs O is trying hard not to snigger ....

I've been cutting Grumpy's hair since we moved over here and he's been doing mine.

With mixed success, on his part, I must admit.

My hair is just long enough to go around my shoulders and once - and only once - he actually cut it over my shoulders

I've also grown my fringe out, as it was never the same after he cut it

thankfully I don't have my hair cut very often anyway. It's dead straight so I can get away with it regardless of length (admittedly it does look better a bit shorter than it is now; but hey). I always cut my own fringe so that's OK and as the hair gets longer I just tie it up

I trimmed my fringe yesterday. I've done it a few times before, between appointments, and usually it's fine, but this time it doesn't look quite right somehow Never mind, it will grow

My hair is long and doesn't get trimmed that often anyway, so like Ria I can tie it up if I want to, my fringe is starting to be a pain though as it's very heavy (I usually have it 'texturised' so it's not blunt and heavy) but I've snipped the longer ends off and now it is just skimming my eyes.....so it will be kept out of my eyes with slides or a hairband. I have cut my own fringe before and the results weren't pretty

My roots are very long though....I need them done but I have no boxes of colour in the house.....I might nip to the local chemist for one

Tom has his hair cut with a razor, usually a No2, by Donna....he let me do it last time (!) and it wasn't too bad. He's also got a bit of a beard going on atm - which I approve of but won't stay once he's back to work.

I trimmed my fringe last week and it looks pretty good. Yesterday I did the back of Edwards’s hair and it looks ok too.

One (of the many) things I am so grateful for - I don't colour my hair and have no need; not a single grey hair (so far) so not all bad at all

I’ve got a few grey streaks but they’ve blended in so aren’t really noticeable, I’m so glad that I don’t colour mine too.
