Really pleased for you Al! Has there been any word about schools, although I assume the academic year in Spain ends around now anyway?

My feelings too. It almost feels as though we’re skipping stages here.

Schools would be finishing on 18 June anyway Jo.

Tbh it became apparent very early on into lockdown that schools wouldn't be opening again until the new term in September.

When we can we're all going to meet up and discuss the new implented changes at our Academy.

I agree Jo - I honestly believe we have done already, reading some comments on Twitter :(

I also think I'll be going back to work next Monday - not confirmed yet but I think we will, and I REALLY don't feel I want to

Gal, I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have the right to refuse to go back and remain on furlough if you're not totally satisfied that all possible safety precautions are in place and that you can work safely.

Not sure who you can check that with though?

Thanks Ria, but believe me, whatever else they might be, my bosses will ensure every possible precaution will be taken before we set foot in the shops. They have some screens for the desks and last I heard were waiting for more PPE but we already have (I think) the correct sanitising stuff and we've been doing some online training over the past few weeks so I don't think I can do much about it.

Unless when they look into mine and another lady's health issues, it's decided it isn't safe for us to return?

xx
