She had her surgery 10.30am and was home enjoying a large dinner by evening!!

G’s ex died yesterday, a happy release as he was in such uncontrollable pain. They had been divorced for many years but had remained the very best of friends and their daughter has been caring for him for the past few months. G’s partner was driving her back to where he lives yesterday. She is the sort of person who would not think about self-care very much, and it was noticeable that on our WhatsApp group yesterday, we were all telling her to take care of herself.
