One of our favourites.

Butterfly chicken breast, marinaded in lemon juice, garlic and chili, couscous with chickpeas and steamed veg.

Two frozen Chinese meals from Iceland, (one beansprouts and one sweet 'n sour chicken), with added broccoli and rice. And soy sauce. Don't forget the soy sauce!

One of four home made pizzas made this afternoon - three for the freezer.

Tonight's version was ham and mushroom with a sprinkle of garlic and chilli.

I know..... but when washed down with a decent BEER, or even a crap one, it becomes a banquet.
