Ria... what a lovely thing to say. I feel humbled by your words. xx
I tend to get gifts at the end of term every year Cruiser but this year, with everything that's happened it all just feels so much more special.
When you have students saying they can't wait to come back in September gives me a nice warm glow.
Today's going to be another big lump in the throat time.
I've been working there for 7 years now and Reme has been with me from my very first day.
For the first 2 years she was in a class with others but for 5 years she's been a private student with me every Friday.
I've watched her grow from a sweet little 9 year old to an almost 17 lovely, lovely young woman.
She got her B1 exam with me and for the past 2 years has been studying for her B2 exam which she takes on the 3rd July.
She'll then begin her 2 year bachellerato course at school.
So today's her last lesson with me.
She can, of course, come back in the future to study C1 but that's a completely different ball game.
So I'm sure there will be more leaky eyes at 6.30 today.
Glad I'm meeting Don and the boys as they'll cheer me up.
