Afternoon all, it’s a miserable day here, rainy, windy and cold. I didn’t have my usual Friday walk with my friends, but passed the time by cleaning the bathrooms. Edward wrapped up and walked over to the golf club when it wasn’t too bad, and was on his way back when the rain got heavier so he was pretty wet when he got back. I am going to the hairdresser at 2pm - the first time I went after lockdown, I decided to leave my hair a bit longer, but I don’t like it at all so today I will be asking to go back to my normal shorter length. Edward is getting his cut at 4.30.

Cruiser, lucky you going away on July 7th, our holiday has been put back by two weeks, but that’s not really a problem.

Rain first thing, just dull and overcast here, think more rain's promised this afternoon

Not long to wait for your holibobs Cruiser :D
Sorry to hear your shoulder is still playing up Crommers. A chain saw :o boys and their toys indeed  How was your holiday?
Hope your headache eases Saundra xx

Wash day has come round so fast again, just about to pop the first load in the dryer. No other plans, dealing with the dreaded bed change is enough for one day.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

The holiday was good Jen. Very peaceful, the cottage was on a working farm in Swaledale (N. Yorkshire).
I've honestly never seen the dales so busy though. Forty years ago when me and the not yet MrsC went to a tiny village called Reeth for a look see, there were just three people in the village square; me, her and an old farmer in his Land Rover. This year it was like Blackpool beach circa 1955 - absolutely packed!
But yes, we loved it and might go again in August if we can get in.

Afternoon everyone :)

Glad you had a good holiday, Crommers :) xxx

Happy Anniversary Jan :) xxx

It's another sunny/cloudy/sunny day here. I did my cleaning first thing, then walked into town, then up to D's. Pilates last night was hard work after 15 months away, but it felt good to be back into it. Not stiff at all today, which is surprising

Love to all xxx

Crommers a few years ago, I traced my mum and dads old next door neighbours from when we lived in North Ferriby, they had moved to Reeth and I went and stayed with them
