Good morning Ally, and anybody else who is up.

A friend is coming this morning to paint the walls in the kitchen. It was plastered on Friday morning so should be dry now. The plasterer told me what type
of paint to get. Some of it will be covered by the new units.
It was lovely and sunny when I got up but there are now grey clouds.
Will jst be pottering and watching TV. Not much I can do till the kitchen is fitted and I can clean everywhere.

Morning all, it is overcast here but sun is forecast for later. No plan for the day. My brother just phoned me, they did a little op on his finger yesterday and diagnosed gout, which means that the antibiotics he was on were doing nothing. He sounded quite medicated to me but in reasonable spirits. I don’t believe that gout would cause his other problems, but hopefully they will do some other tests. Right, better tidy around.

I hope the plaster dust isn't too bad Cruiser, it gets everywhere.
Osc I hope your brother isn't in too much discomfort; I know that gout can be very painful.
Cloudy here too. Our son has just dropped by.
Chicken dinner soon then the motorbikes and a bit of footie tonight.
I fancy a drink tonight (strictly medicinal you understand) and an early night.

Morning all

Nice and sunny, not sure how long it will last, there are a few dark clouds floating around.

E's pretty much back to normal now, obviously having to avoid deep bending, but he's happily reclaimed a lot of his regular jobs. Nice for him, even nicer for me

Enjoying a nice easy day, roast chicken with salad for dinner later, strawberry blancmange and blackcurrant jelly for pud.

Had a lovely evening yesterday, bbq at a friends and I took some hot salads and potatoes, to help out.

This morning was spent at the docs for Grumpy to get his medical, to renew/replace his driving licence.

A relaxing afternoon after a rather late night.

Glad E is pretty much back to normal Jen xx
