Good Morning Saturday

Postby JanB » 25 Sep 2021, 07:26

Morning everyone

Bright, sunny start, little misty over the hills but a little chilly at the moment.

Off to Mitch's later, to collect the trees, then stopping at Jan's to collect some stuff she got for me in the Algarve yesterday and also dropping off the acorns. We have two types, apparently

Back to put the trees in somewhere - to be decided  We might pop down to the bar this afternoon.

Have a a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s dull here.

Tom’s already had two tyres changed by Kwik Fit this morning, he used the service where they come to the house. Joe’s gone to Manchester with his friend who is using my season ticket. Petrol and diesel supplies permitting I’ll be going to the games on Wednesday and Saturday next week so I’m not missing out this week.

No other plans today.

Hope the nurse turns up Saundra! xx

Have a good day all x

At least you now know when she's coming Saundra, that's something anyway.

Trees going in, top gravel sorted.

We're all meeting at the bar this afternoon, better get the prep done for dinner

Morning all :D

Bit grey and dull here.

I didn't know Kwik Fit do a home service Jo, I'll have to remember that.
Gosh Saundra, having to wait till Wednesday isn't good at all :o
Enjoy time at the bar this afternoon Jan.

Nothing much planned, need to change the bed as it didn't get done yesterday, so apart from some washing it will be an easy day.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon all.
Grey here but not cold.
Two different types of acorn Jan! I hope the pigs realise how lucky they are! ;)
Good news re the district nurse Saundra.
I didn't know about Kwik Fit either Jo.
MrsC is out shopping and I'm off for a nap.
It's the full on rock 'n roll lifestyle here, and no error!
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all, another nice day and warm in the sun, but I think a change is a-coming tomorrow! We were up and out early to go to Michael’s football match - they drew against one of the top Dublin teams which has spawned a few international players, so that was a good result. We had a lovely time back dancing last night, it was so good to see our friends and we even remembered most of the dances  Ryder Cup golf here for the rest of the day, with Europe doing badly and the American fans booing all the European players as they start on the first tee, not terribly sporting.

Hi everyone :)

Glad the DN contacted you Saundra xxx

It's been another sunny day here, Went to SW early on, very pleased at a 2.5lb loss - not to say surprised!  Becky went to work, so Mick and I went to Correttto's for brunch, taking Fraggle with us. Then off to see D.

Love to all xxx
