Good morning.

Warm and sunny again. 8-)

A nice day at home is what I fancy. :D

Yesterday's BBQ was so good Don has suggested we do a mini version for us two later.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny but cold  Was really cold when I let the cat out at 4.45 this morning

A stroll down the track after breakfast, with an axe or two, to chop down estevas and other bushes/shrubs that are growing that we don't want.

Might dead head a few flowers too, then roast pork for dinner.

Hope Jen had a good night xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine here 8-)

Slept reasonably well, the need for painkillers got me up at 7am. Feeling a lot better now I've had a shower, it's allowed so long as I'm very careful and of course keep the important bits dry. We're still working out our new routine so it's been a bit slow, poor E really will be cream crackered by the time we're finished

We still have the big pressure pad E sat on after his op, it's just the thing for me right now. Trying to keep things easy for him so no roast dinner today, we're having an M&S cottage pie and peas for dinner this evening. No jelly and blancmange for a few weeks either.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning all.
A lovely morning here. MrsC is chopping veg in the kitchen then going for a walk with our daughter and nutty cockapoo. I will be left in charge of the chicken.
I would love a bbq but no way in November!
Careful with that axe Jan!
Jen, I'm glad you slept reasonably well. I'm sure that E will step up now, tiredness or no!
Our son and his gf and Fred the black labrador are coming for dinner.
Motor bikes and footie on the tv this afternoon.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s a nice bright morning here. Sunday is often the day we get up a bit later so we are still in tracksuits and we’ll have our showers in a while. Absolutely no plan for the day. Jen, nice to hear you had a reasonably good night.

Evening everyone :)

Another busy, busy here :) Up early to drop Harry off at church for 9.30, leaving B in bed as she was clubbing with friends last night. Got our breakfast at Corretto's, then Becky joined us after a while. Hunger 1: Hangover 0 ;) We picked Harry up then spent a pleasant few hours with D, helping her trim back a few shrubs, then putting her bins out - including a very full garden bin  Harry asked me to make my macaroni cheese with bacon for our late lunch/early dinner, so I made that when we got home.

I've also sorted out the few bits and pieces that M and I need for our overnight stay in Bath tomorrow, for Mick's birthday which is Tuesday. It's a trip we first booked for last year, but obviously that got cancelled. Bed, breakfast, and afternoon tea in a lovely city centre guest house :) We're getting the train, as Bath is a complete 'mare for driving and parking.

Really glad that you're feeling a bit better Jen! :)

Love to all xxx
