Oh heavens, it's so worrying isn't it Kaz?? At least it's apparently a less severe strain than Delta *fingers crossed xxx

Started out lovely this morning, and as I left the house for my first aqua class of the year, the snow started :( By the time I got closer to the town it's at, (a 5 mile drive) it was a whiteout, blizzarding and all sorts, so reluctantly I turned round and came home. I don't drive in poor weather! I would never have been able to rest during class so for the best but not a good start to the day. So I did some ironing and pinned some trousers up for Tom that have been waiting for my attention since he bought them LOL. Still not sewn them yet but I am a little closer to doing so! Fringe trim this aftie in the village, then just stayed in the warm.

I've now bought my wedding shoes (online) and am currently looking for a bag >>>>> It's exhausting this!!

Enjoy your books Ally - very jealous of your sunshine! 20 degrees sounds absolutely gorgeous!!

Hope Becky is okay Kaz xx

Pretty rife over here too, but everyone who has had it seems just to have flu like symptoms. But then, they've all been fit and young. Being very careful 8-)

We noticed yesterday that the recycling bins down by the bar had been emptied - at last - so we popped down earlier, to fill them up  , had a coffee and found out that the bar is closing for the day on Saturday, so had to re-arrange out Saturday afternoon meet up for tomorrow. Just need to get in touch with Mitch, but I'll leave that until tomorrow, he'll be piddled now and will forget

Evening all, after yesterday, today could only get better. I fell yesterday, landed right on my coccyx :( Because Michael and Kellie were here I didn’t make too much of a fuss, but felt sore and nauseous all day, didn’t sleep too well last night either. Then when we were out for a walk, Kellie slipped on dog poo, so had to be brought home and her coat and leggings put into the washing machine. Luckily, Miss Osc had to go home for something so brought her some clean leggings and the coat was dry in the dryer by home time.

Rather surprisingly, I didn’t feel too bad this morning and a liberal application of Biofreeze plus two paracetamol got me going. We went to dance practice this morning, which was fun - the two socials which were to be on this weekend have been cancelled :x As we weren’t having Michael and Kellie today, we went shopping and I got a pair of boots, I had been looking for some for ages. Had a quick look in M&S but wasn’t in the mood for going through all the rails. We bought three jigsaws, two for me and one for Kellie, great value at 3 for 2.  The weather has been changeable all day, sun and heavy rain and very cold.

Thanks all, she feels fine but then two of the + girls at work are asymptomatic, so she is about to take an LFT. Fingers crossed.

Osc I have used Biofreeze, as D always has some in. My hip plays up sometimes and it does help 8-) Glad your feel better today.

Just got home from Pilates, planking into downward dog and reverse planks are blooming hard work after weeks off! I will be very stiff tomorrow
