Good morning Friday

Good morning from beautiful Nerja. 8-) 8-)

Thanks for your kind thoughts and hugs yesterday. xxx

I'm still doing my 10km power walk 50 day challenge so I'm off to do that shortly whilst Don is still sleeping.

Back to shower etc then go and get a full English brekky. :D

A walk along the beach, some last minute mooching in the shops then we'll head home around 2pm.

We drive past Cala del Moral where Conor & Lucia live so we've arranged to pop in and see them. :D

Usual Friday beers and tapas tonight.

Have a good day.

Morning Ally, morning all

Enjoy the walk Ally, could think of worse places to be doing that :D And enjoy the rest of the day, sounds rather lovely

Another very frosty and nippy start to the day, but so so beautiful. I love winter when it's like this - when the sun comes up over the horizon and the skies are so clear and everything is just so crisp. The usual / usual for me today; no plans to leave the house but may go ten-pin bowling with Thomas and Nadine this evening; we'll see

have a lovely day all x

Morning you two, everyone.

Same weather as Ria describes, here. Just watching a distant plane with its short disappearing contrail floating through the sky. Going west, I wonder where?

Nothing planned, just a day in to relax, again.

Enjoy yours.

Morning all, it’s fairly dull and chilly here today. I’m going to the gym shortly. Edward is not playing golf today as his friend has a bad back or something. Our dancing this evening has been moved forward to start early and end at 8pm as per current regulations. This would mean possibly getting caught up in rush hour traffic, so we’ve decided to head out early and get something to eat nearer where the dance is on. It’s not a great area for restaurants but there is a hotel that does bar food so we’ll go there. Right, better get ready for the gym.

Morning all :D

Lovely bright sunshine here 8-)

Your day sounds lovely Ally.
We used to love ten pin bowling Ria.

It's wash day, we'll do half of it again and leave the bed change until tomorrow. The weather's so nice we really should be out in the garden, there are palm leaves strewn everywhere, it needs a good tidy up. Will we, won't we, hmmm probably not  The excuse, we're expecting a Boots order sometime this afternoon plus a Sainsbury's delivery between 1-2pm. What with that and the washing think we'll be busy enough.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon everyone.
We have just been to Tesco to do the weekend shop.
Funny thing, there were lots more people not wearing masks in there than there are in Sainsbury's. A different demographic perhaps.
We are having Eliza this afternoon and will be recovering this evening!
Given the choice I'd have Ally's weather every time. Sod a British winter! A low sun dazzling you off a wet road, dark early, no thank you.
Take it steady with the washing Jen.
Ten pin bowling Ria, nice. Enjoy the dancing Osc.
Time for a cup of tea now.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon all, it’s finally sunny here after a very foggy morning.

I’ve spent the morning watching the new series of After Life on Netflix. All I can say it that by the end my mascara was somewhere down towards my chin.

Have a good day all :)

Flightradar24 is your friend. That said, transatlantic passenger flights have pretty much dried up since the autumn; I rarely see a contrail nowadays.

Another beautiful day here, and we've had a walk out again (but only to the post box, mind, let's not get carried away .... )

Afternoon everyone :)

It's been a foggy day here today, did my cleaning first thing before going out for a walk, stopped in at D's, watched the news with her. I have a pile of ironing waiting, but it might have to wait

Love to all xxx
