Sneaking in the back door - not been on here in ages (sorry!!)

Lovely to read everyone's news - happy holidays Osc, have a lovely time! Happy 80th birthday Saundra for last week - we were at my sister's 80th party last Saturday, I'll pop some pics on the FB page as I can't work out how to post them here these days Suffice to say she had a smashing day, after which she went on to a friend's 60th birthday/retirement party for the evening and then the next day, was taken out for lunch!! She has more stamina than me!!

In other news - we are grandparents again!! Amy had a baby boy, Thomas, last Saturday evening by C section. He is ADORABLE!!! I am in love - as is Lily who just wants to be at Aunty Amy's to cuddle Thomas all the time Disappointed we couldn't visit them in hospital, can you believe she was allowed home on Monday (!!) and we went there after we'd finished work. Again, I'll post some pics on the FB page, for those interested

Hope everyone is enjoying the BH weekend, we've had mixed weather, mostly dry and sunny but not specially warm....there's a part of the decking that s a proper sun trap so you can find me there with my reading if anyone wants me

Yes i,was 80 but I thought I was 79 but bless him he brought a lovely afternoon tea in so that was that take care

My grand-daughter is coming to se me in two weeks. She lives in Kent but works in Teddington. She is now 24 and very busy both at work
and when she is home.
Saundra, I say I am only nine years younger then the Queen. Did you have a cake and manage to blow out all the candles?
