Off for a coastal walk with Don. We'll park at la playa golf course and walk to Benalmadena port and back. A nice 16km.

Jacob's coming to see us today and will stay the night.
He's been in Cordoba since Thursday with friends but as Conor's coming over tomorrow he wants us all together to have a chat about what we're doing for their upcoming 30th birthday.

Heading into the office in a bit. Don't need to be there early so will go in after 9.30 to get a cheaper rate for the train. It's a rather damp start to the day here expected to clear up later and tomorrow and then it's rain rain and more rain for a bit.

Nothing exciting to report - life is it's usual / usual plod

Sunny and not too cold, although wet stuff is forecast for this afternoon

I actually feel more normal today - only taken a week and Grumpy says his cold is almost gone so a good day for us both Ears still bunged up and singing, but I can cope with that.

Have fun planning the birthday party Ally - it will be a blast, I bet

Washing being done and I had planned on a bbq for tonight, but if it's going to rain, will do pork steaks for dinner and the bbq tomorrow.

The sun is out but it is not warm Going for another leson on the computer course I am attending. I am enjoying it.

Then I will be doing some ironing this afternoon. Did washing yesterday after I had changed the sheets on the bed.

Morning all, it’s a nice sunny day here and there is still some warmth in the sun although obviously it is cool generally. I have a double wash on the line. Off to the gym in a while and then back to do housey stuff. Edward has gone to play golf.

Not sure why but my hip is really sore this morning, can't think of any reason why, it hasn't been this painful since my op. Expecting a Tesco order later this afternoon, but apart from that and cooking dinner this evening I intend to have an easy day.

MrsC and her sister have been over to our son's house to do some cleaning. I have done a bouef bourginnione which is slowly cooking in the oven.
