Afternoon all :)

The usual Thursday Supermarket Sweep here this morning ;) Just had a bite of lunch whilst watching the news with Mick - gawd knows why, it's always horrendous - and am about to make a cottage pie for later - an easy tea as I have Pilates tonight.

Ally, your sense of direction sounds like mine :? xx

Ria, that's a very happy ending there - they must have been so relieved! :D xx

Hope your washing dries Jan :) xx

Hope you managed to dodge the showers Jen! xx

Thinking of Jo and family.

Love to all xxx

Kaz.

If you Google Northampton town centre to Duston Wildes and tell me how I ended up at Watford Gap service station this will give you some idea of how terrible my sense of direction was.

It's got a bit better over the years...but not much.

Had a cup of tea before I started shopping. Go to a privately owned cafe which has ben operating for many years. Then had a bowl of soup and another cup
of tea for lunch. Went in several charity shops. Only bought raffle tickets.

Three buckets loads of weeds for the donkeys :Hi:

My back told me to stop, so I just have. Grumpy is cutting back the dead daisies and taking the debris down to the ruin.

Been cloudy all day, but the washing dried and it's an early beer for us, worked hard today.

Glad the laptop found it's way back Ria x

Evening all, we’ve been out since quite early as we had dance practice My brother was here and left just before us so I didn’t get a chance to post before we went out. We didn’t have Kellie again today, so it was off to the shopping centre again after dancing - just as well it doesn’t happen too often as the last two weeks, we have ended up spending money

We were listening to the news coming home and I was thinking about our Poll as they were discussing the report about the Manchester bombings and the serious flaws in the reaction of the emergency services.

I meant I know where they are - and Watford Gap is a fair distance in the wrong direction  I don't know it that well, but Mick's uncle lives in Daventry so I have a rough idea 8-)
