Good morning.

Forecast lovely again. 8-)

After my walk I'm planning on sitting in the garden reading. :D

Got a nice fat chicken for dinner that we'll have with spicy wedges and salad. :D

The superb Happy Valley tonight. :cute:

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Grey and very wet. Also a tad windy

Absolutely no point in getting up early, nothing we can do outside and nothing we can do inside, apart from read. And watch the footie :D

Roast chicken here too. Two of them, so that's us sorted for the next few days

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it looks nice enough out there. We had a great night out last night, didn’t get to bed until after 2am, so today will definitely be a day of doing as little as possible. I really cannot take late nights at all. The meal was pretty good for a hotel function meal, and we had lots of dancing plus chat and banter with dancing friends and I won a nice handbag in the raffle (because I don’t have enough bags :cute:  ) My dress was very comfortable and Edward looked dashing in his tux.

Good morning!
Osc, that sounds like a good night.
The clan is all showing up today for a family dinner, which will be nice.
After that we will be searching the streaming channels for an old Dangerous Davies episode to watch.
The weather here is fine; sunny and warm with an expected high of 22c.
Yes, I'm lying.
Have a good day all.

Osc you both looked great! :D xx

It’s a bright day here, most welcome after several days of rain and grey skies! We’ve had brunch at Corretto’s and are now round at D’s. They were dismantling the ice rink down at the Quays :( Beef casserole for lunch, in the slow cooker- looking forward to that. A very lazy afternoon planned, reading the paper and doing the crossword, and some great telly on tonight 8-)

Love to all :) xx

Afternoon all.

Tom decided last night that he was going to cook breakfast for us this morning. What a treat that was! He does everything properly, he’s not jaded by cooking like I am  We had bacon, sausages, black pudding, halloumi, fried vine tomatoes, hash browns, sour dough toast, vegetarian sausages and bacon for Amanda, a large jug of apple juice and a pot of freshly brewed coffee.

Off to the Odeon tonight to see A Man Called Otto, that’s the first of two visits in the next week. I’ve never had such a busy January as this one

Enjoy the rest of the day all :D
