Morning all :)

Well here we are in sunny Manchester  Good journey here yesterday apart from having to ask two people to move from our reserved seats :? Lovely meal out last night :) The plan today is to hit the city centre shops this morning then out to the Trafford Centre this afternoon. Firstly breakfast at 9, then meeting up with Hannah. A meal at Hannah’s new house tonight, Armand is cooking so our own personal French chef :P

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Pleasantly cool this morning, quite chilly outside. But warming up to 23C later. Cool tomorrow too, then we're back in the 30's 8-)

After a somewhat disturbed night with a cat deciding she wanted to go out at 12.30, then come back in at 1.30, then food at 3.00. After that, she thought it would be fun to sit on my pillow and massage my head, poke her nose in my ear and generally make a nuisance of herself    So gave her more food and she went to bed, only to want to go out at 5.30

She's been back in, had breakfast and has now gone to bed

General pootling for us today. Lucy gave us a couple of plants in return for us nurturing a tree for her, as she and Chris head back to France and England in a couple of weeks. Left to their irrigation system, it might not survive the summer. So plants will go in somewhere and I'll do some gentle weeding.

Down to the bar this afternoon, meeting friends :D and curry for dinner, which I made yesterday.

Have a fantastic time Kaz xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing x

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all, it’s grey and dreary here, chilly too. No plan for the day, although Edward will no doubt find plenty of sport to watch. He is currently putting together a fish pie for dinner. I think I’ll change the bed and that’ll be mostly it for the day. A friend just phoned me to say that she and her hubby have Covid and would I mind buying her a paper and putting it through her letterbox, happy to oblige. Better go to the shower and get this day moving!

Not long now, Jen! In a few days you will be feeling lovely warm sunshine on your skin :D

Good afternoon.
A lovely spring afternoon here. We had Eliza overnight, her parents went to see the ex-singer from Kasabian last night in Leeds.
I'm just getting over (I hope) a cold. I haven't had one this bad for years.
This morning a duck and her ducklings walked down our street to the park at the end of our road; it was a sweet sight.
Have a nice day everyone.

Afternoon all, it’s a nice sunny day here today.

Been over to Telford with John earlier to pick up his new bike. I’d planned to go into Stafford on the way back to get mine and Joe’s train tickets to Wembley for tomorrow, in case there are problems with the machines in the morning as is often the case, but had the brainwave that there’s a station at Telford so that saved a bit of time. Of course we’ve got local stations near here too, which are closer than Stafford, but they’re unmanned and the ticket machines are usually out of order.

Hope you’re feeling better soon Crommers, I’m trying to get over my first post-Covid cold too. It’s dragged on for nearly two weeks now, so fed up of it!
