Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 25 Apr 2024, 07:22

Good morning.

Another gorgeous warm day. 8-)

Off for a walk to Guadalmar with Don. :D

Shopping on the way home.

After yesterday meeting my friend then hooking up with David I'll gladly lie by the pool and read this afternoon.

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Much cooler today and I'm not looking forward to the next 10 days

Bit breezy this morning, although the sun is out and it looks pleasant enough.

Big holiday today :D 50 years of freedom, after the dictators. Lots of stuff going on, throughout the country.

I have to go into Ourique, to get a couple of things I forgot yesterday

Then back for breakfast and baking. I'm going to try my hand at sweet potato muffins, see how they turn out and also making samosas for the coffee morning.

Will pop down to the bar later, before the stir fry for dinner.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s sunny here but still cool. My FB memories for today mention bad weather quite a bit, so it’s not new. Dance practice this morning then back for Kellie. We’re going to eat out as Michael is away, so we’ll give her a treat (cos we never do that ;) ) Michael, Miss Osc and my sister flew to Madrid this morning where they will be going to the Madrid Open tennis, all three are big tennis fans. They are due back Saturday evening. My sister sent me a photo of Michael on the plane, his facial expression says “I hope she’s not going to take photos all the time”

Good morning chaps.
MrsC and her sister are going over to clean house for our son.
It is grey here, no rain but the wind is from the north and it is freezing cold.
We need to pay the electricity bill and wait for the fish man to arrive, that's about it for the day.
Have a good one everybody.

Morning all :D

Bright sunshine right now, but rain's forecast for this afternoon

My Fb memories for this day last year remind me we were on our way to Barbados. Fingers tightly crossed we can do it all again next year.

Had quite a restless night so feeling decidely sluggish this morning. Off out to Westwood Cross and M&S in the next hour or so. We don't need much, but no doubt we'll come back with something we didn't go for

Hope you all have a good day xx

Cromwell that just reminded me of a few years ago.... a,s.i.l was at the kitchen sink looking out the window when a red car pulled onto their drive.
She thought ,who the ****** hell is that, when her husband got out the car.
While at the supermarket he spotted the car in a garage next to said supermarket, liked it and bought it on his credit card.

Well, the muffins are rather good, if I say so myself

Am going to freeze what's left and take them to the coffee morning.
