Wedding Anniversary Week

Postby JanB » 23 Jun 2024, 19:23

Somehow or other, we have been married 42 years this week  :o :? :?

We had decided to go out for lunch on Tuesday and then dinner on Wednesday.

Then a friend rang and wants me to go with her down to the Algarve on Tuesday, so I-m leaving him along on our wedding anniversary

We-ll meet him at the bar, later in the afternoon and have fish and chips for dinner.

Then we-ll go out for lunch on Wednesday.

Sorted 8-)

All because we got married on 25th June and had a church blessing on 26th June.

Early Happy Anniversary to you both :Hi:

Fish and chips sounds like my ideal anniversary dinner Jan

On our anniversary this year John will be staying home while I go to a hotel to meet a man.
They've all paid for me to go to An Evening With Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at a hotel in Manchester, and they’ve paid for the ticket where I get to meet him  :Hi: Not on my own, Joe’s bought himself a ticket.
It’s my birthday present from the three of them but Joe couldn’t wait to tell me

Congratulations Jan, 42 years is amazing :Hi: :Hi:

Somehow Mick will have endured 20 years of marriage to me this coming November - we’ll probably have a few days away together, as November is also his birthday month :)

Kaz,
I will be having a little birthday celebration in November. Will be 90.
One week end son and family are coming up.
Following week end some of my wife's family are coming as they are working.

A friend who live sin Germany is coming in December.

Will also take cakes to the school I went to and some of the neighbours.
Going to be a hectic few days.
