You know, there’s a Tubeway Army song which is on my list of all time favourites. Are Friends Electric?
Hearing it takes me right back to the Summer of 1979, days out and on holiday with my cousins and it was played everywhere that Summer.

Just been opening some windows, looked out from our small bedroom window at the sheepies, all munching away .

The window ledge, which is a foot wide, was hot As in very hot The last time that got sun was about 11.00 this morning. It is marble, but really?

No wonder i can't keep the house cool

I bought two boxes of wine today. At 4.99 euros for five litres, I really couldn't resist.

I have just added up my boxed wines.

50 litres

Add in the fourteen or so bottles of wine, think we'll be doing okay, should the wine harvest fail in the next few years

If it's red wine then its only use is as a de-icer for the windscreen and footpaths in winter or as a splash on fish and chips. Horrible stuff.
