Not much planned today. I'm going to help Jackie do some gardening, tackle a few jobs round her house and go to B&Q with her.

I am such a fibber!!!!

Today is the VV meet day!

I'm meeting Osc at the airport just after 11am and getting the train with her to the city centre where we'll meet up with the others.

So looking forward to seeing everyone and giving WM some squishy hugs.

Going to be another hot hot hot day Gorgeous out there at the moment, just walked down to open the gates and had a chat with Mira (next doors one and only nice dog )

In fact, I'll be in Ourique Grumpy has a doctor's appointment, I'm going to treat myself to a necklace for a pendant I thought I'd lost , then it's the "look for a pair of budgie smugglers" for Grumpy Seriously, a pair of boxers, for swimming - there is not a hope he's going to wear budgie smugglers - I won't let him.

Then the beer run and back to not a lot.

Morning all

A bit grey today, much duller than the lovely sunshine we enjoyed yesterday. Hope it's a bit brighter in Birmingham and you all have a lovely meet.

More plastering this morning and then the coving is going up in the extension. Just another day of dust and mess

We had a man come and measure up for blinds yesterday afternoon, another one due this morning. Always good to get a couple of quotes, I was quite amazed at how much they can vary in price when we did the last house.

No other plans today, will wait and see how the weather turns out.

Really looking forward to the meet, but I am on auto-pilot as Fraggle chose last night to have a poorly tum and we were awake half the night - literally He's fine this morning but Mick and I are both shattered, Thank goodness for makeup I'll be leaving the house in about 20 minutes, slightly earlier than planned as I need to pop to the bank in town before making my way to the station

Just on the train now, I'm a hot mess as I had to run to get this one, otherwise I'd have had to wait another hour...
and I couldn't!!! Even left the house with wet nails, Joe had to open and close the door for me.

Quite bright and warm here today, been a busy morning at work, my brain shut off at about 11.30 so I was making like a headless chicken (often do when I am on my own! ) Quiet this afternoon though and no clinic tomorrow so should be better

Nice to work with M again (boss) I've been on holiday and then so has he so not seen him for about 3 weeks.....he took his wife and little boy to Filey for a week holiday, said he misses Jack already and how lovely it was to spend so much time with him
