I really enjoyed it - except for the bit where we had to lie on our tummies, 'cos I hate doing that :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Otherwise all good, so Emma and I are booked in for a course of 6 sessions :D :D

We used it to get ourselves ready for the moon walk, so strengthened back and leg muscles mostly.

A good one is to stand upright, hands by your side, legs a little apart and very slowly just bend over, breathing in. Hold for 10 seconds, then slowly come back up, breathing out.

I like Pilates, my class started up again last week, but I wasn't able to go, so I'll start back again on Tuesday.

8-) How has it helped you? I'm looking to be more flexible and toned, and hopefully strengthen up my back and tummy muscles :)
