Good Morning Monday

Postby JoM » 17 Oct 2016, 06:22

Morning all!

Off into town shortly, I need holiday nail polish! I'll walk Billy when I get back. Not much else planned for today but no doubt I'll find plenty to do!

Happy Birthday to Mr Osc!

Have a good day all!

Good morning. It's a beautiful sunny morning here, but not that warm I don't suppose you can expect it at this time of year. A bit of shopping later on and then I have to start doing a bit of tidying in the garden.

Happy birthday to Mr Osc!

Morning all

I have the day off; so had a lovely lazy start to the day.

Happy birthday to Mr Osc from me as well - hope they're having a fab time.
Kaz, I bet the howl of anguish won't be as bad as you fear; and even if - it won't take long to get back to where you were. Just remember the fab holiday and sod the scales :D :D :D
Ton, I do love a good bbq - next time you do lamb, squeeze the juice of a lemon over the chops before to marinade a bit; super yummy and even more tender. I'm not overly keen on lamb but with the lemon it's really great
Jo are you treating yourself to a manicure or doing it yourself? I've been having gel nails done for ages now and feel really 'naked' if my nails are bare
Cromwell, it's rather miserable here as well. I took today off because the forecast was meant to be good, but it poured during the night and they're expecting more rain throughout the day. Oh well, plenty to keep me going inside and in the greenhouse. Oh and dropping of two dinky (250gr) hogs at the rescue; they are far to small to hibernate and will need special help to overwinter and I don't have the time for that.

Have a lovely day everyone. xx

Good afternoon friends.

It's quite a pleasant day here. We walked into town this morning for a technical conversation with the TV experts at John Lewis,
as our TV recorder has packed up, through old age. We finally decided to go for BTs system, which turned out to be the cheapest
option. They will be installing the necessary gear on Thursday.

Hope you are all O.K.

......Keep dancing......

p.s. It's just started to pour with rain. :o
