Sounds lovely Saundra x

We going to have what we were supposed to have last night, but with Molly not being well    we ended up having fish fingers butties and gert lush they were too

So tonight, we're having chicken breast wrapped in presunto, stuffed with garlic, salami and goats cheese, with snow peas from our garden, broccoli and green beans from the supermarket.

Now going ot be rather later than we thought as a lot of harvesting is going on in the bottom field.

It is beautiful isn't it Saundra :)

We have a lot of veg, including asparagus, so are having gado gado; raw and cooked veg and new potatoes, plus hard boiled eggs, with satay sauce, scrummy :D

Although is saying that, I'd struggle to make satay sauce, I'll have to ask Pieter, when he moves ;)

He really is the most fantastic cook - and always lovely to get doggy bags for the next 2 nights ;)

Fresh Hampshire asparagus (it's in season, two dozen stalks for £4 from the supermarket) with 2 poached eggs (done in a fancy style by Mrs O involving copious amounts of cider vinegar and a steaming pot of hot water  )
