July heat - weather warnings all over the place but it's the same every year.

Second day of 'good grief it's 6 weeks to Norway ' and have snuck in a 7km power walk.

I'm enjoying a coffee now on the terrace before a swim.

Friday beers and tapas tonight; I haven't seen my chums for 3 weeks so lots to catch up on.

5C cooler today than yesterday - how can 23C feel cool and fresh But a lovely breeze wafting through the house at the moment. Will be shutting everything soon though Molly has just come in and is lying on the floor - stretched out as far as she can

Not doing a lot today, some watering and that's about it. In the pool that's for sure

May pop down to the bar, I need to see a couple of people whose phone numbers I don't have, to invite them for a food fest next week.

Had to get up early as the boiler is being serviced between 8 and 12.
I bet it will be nearer 12 as we are both up ready!
Looks a bit like rain here today but quite warm.
Just a bit of shopping in Canterbury and make hair appointment for a cut.

Jan, I don't blame Molly - given your heat I think most of us humans would also sprawl stretched out on a nice cool tiled floor
Lissie, the weather here is the same - grey skies that look like it's about to pour down, but it's fairly warm(ish). Good luck with the boiler service and hope he turns up sooner rather than later. You're lucky you have a 1/2 hour time slot - mine is booked for Friday before the bank holiday in August and it's a whole day booking
Kaz, enjoy your day shopping and spending time with D.

Usual work day for me and then meeting up with Nadine for some after work celebratory drinks. She's doing her level 3 education certificate and it's last day of the 3 day course (well any reason to celebrate really) But actually it's a course she has to have so she can continue teaching her first aid training and other medical courses she does.

Getting ready today to go to the seaside for a few days. Daughter and son in law plus his parents, sister and husband will also be in the area which should be nice.

Morning all, it is cloudy here and quite cool, but the forecast is not bad for the weekend. I am going to the gym at 11.30 but otherwise no plans for the day. Mr Osc is going to play golf. I live such an exciting life!

Bit dull at the moment, but the sun seems to want to come out.

Was planning to go into town but slept in and we're only just having brekkie. Feeling very lazy so we'll see.......
