Morning :)
Very foggy at the moment, foghorn going, I love that sound :) It should clear nicely.

Out early for craft and chat this morning, then Bb's coming back for lunch and we're going to the pop-up farm shop.

Carrot and leek soup for dinner - one of the (very) few things I like about winter is homemade soup!

Hope you all have a good day
x
Eta - that's not right, lunch and the farm shop is tomorrow!

Morning Ally, Di and everyone

Cloudy here too, and although rain is forecast, the clouds are far too high at the moment.

Off to Ourique later, for my flu jab and I'll try and get some daps - tootsies are getting cold in flip-flops     Also try and pay Joao Luis and get the anti pneumonia jab for Grumpy.

Not quite cold enough for soup or stews yet Di, but I'm planning already

I'm going to have a rant on the random thread in a mo :cute: :cute: :cute:

Hope D is feeling a little better this morning Kaz xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Enjoy your day Ally :)

You too Di :) Half the time I don't know what day it is either ;) :D ;)

Jan, Mick calls plimsolls daps too, I'd never heard the term until I moved here :D  Hope you find some, and that Grumpy gets his jab 8-)

I'll ring D is a little while, and see how she is, thanks for the good wishes :) I'll probably pop up later. Mick's Aunt Jen is having an op today, it's to increase the blood flow in one of her legs, she's diabetic and if it doesn't work (it's not guaranteed, apparently) she might well lose the leg eventually :( So some VV vibes would be much appreciated :)

Pilates tonight :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Home made soup is good in the winter, Di. You must be fit Kax, with the Zumba and Pilates. In 5 mins I have to be off (looking at fridge freezers, it's all go here!)

Have a good day all!

Good morning all.

It's cloudy but dry here. Not very inviting for a walk.
I've been up to the local shop and that's about it for today.

Hope you are all O.K.

Good morning all, it's dull here today.

Billy had a lovely long walk first thing, saw quite a few pheasants this morning. Noisy things. I jumped a mile at one point when I disturbed some that were hidden in some long grass  Saw John off to work when we got back. I always text him when we're around the corner and he opens the back gate and waits in the garden. When we get by our side lawn I let Bill off his lead and he tears across the grass and through the gate to see John. It's all part of the morning routine now
Since then I've watched two episodes of Parks and Recreation while on the cross trainer.

Joe's in college this afternoon and I'll walk Bill again when he's gone. Food shopping tonight. I want to do my usual Friday clean up today too, or a lot of it anyway.

Jan and Kaz, when I was growing up my cousin had a Bristolian girlfriend and she used to call them daps. We didn't know what she was talking about at first as they were pumps to us! Her mother lived at Fishponds, opposite a lovely park, and she'd take us kids to visit and hearing them speak was like listening to another language at times

Hope that D is feeling a bit better today, and vibes aplenty are on their way to Aunty Jen. What a worry :(

Have a good day all!

Oh that's annoying Saundra, hope it arrives today! xxx

Not sure about fit Crommers, but definitely not as unfit as I was

Morning Aggers :)

Morning Jo :) Isn't it funny how we have different names for things, on such a small island? :D  Pheasants are daft birds
