Well yesterday was our one nice day, this morning there is heavy rain being thrown at the windows by ferocious winds
Minnie hates it, is terrified and trembling

I was hoping for a wander around the sales but it looks more like a wander through the housework!

It is raining.
Going shopping as we want to have a lazy two days before we go out on New Years Eve.
We seem to be missing the snow.

grey and damp here - supposed to be better later on.

More gravel to shift later. Need to spray the new car port floor, to get rid of any weeds, move the wood that's in there and then we an gravel it. Also can gravel around the trophy room

Washing to be done, will have to put the washing line back up first.

Might pop down to the bar later, might not.

Just got up as it is cold, dark, windy and very wet out there!
I did make an attempt about an hour ago but gave up and went back to bed.
Bought a half leg of lamb yesterday reduced to £3 so will put it in the slow
cooker and forget about it till dinner time.
Don`t think i will be going far today although there are 5 family birthdays in
January and i was going to invade the sales.
My cold does`nt seem any worse so perhaps it is going.

Well it's raining here and clearing the snow, but the ytravel forecasts say the roads will be difficult - hope my visitors will get here ok I'm planning a ton of food - chicken provençal, quiches, loads of veg, and I made a choccy orange trifle last night! We'll be eating it all for days if they don't make it

Morning all, it is bright here but there is a strong wind - temperature is higher but I would say there is quite a wind chill. Mr Osc has gone to play golf. I'll go for a bit of a walk in a while, and I also need to get some money and buy a few bits and pieces, we decided we don't need to do a supermarket shop this week, we can top up locally. Main plan for this afternoon is the ironing
