I'm off for a much needed run.

Back to get showered etc then walking into town with Toni & Pete. They want to browse in some shops and have a cafe stop for coffee and a pitufo.

Their flight is at 3.45 so we'll take them to the airport and I've got work 6 - 9.

A jam packed bonkers weekend will see me staying in for the next few nights after work.

Lovely out there, dry and bright, very frosty cars and absolutely perishing!

Yoga early this morning (I need it!), coffee with some of them, then to the hospital for blood test.
Back home for lunch and then the lady is coming to see about cleaning.

What a fab weekend you've all had Ally, and a lovely flight time back too

Di we have beautiful, crisp sunshine too Perfect for going out and about - well wrapped up Enjoy yoga, hope it gives you a nice stretch

The boiler fitters are here, so I might leave early for WW, mooch in Waterstones maybe in town, as it is about to get VERY chilly here

My neck and right shoulder are very sore, not sure what I've done to them, might get my yoga mat out later and do some Pilates stretches to try and smooth it out!

It's quite bright here but very light snow is falling. Billy's had a long walk, it was so lovely to get out for a proper walk over the common - we've been rained off far too many times this Winter. Just having coffee now before starting housework. I'm also waiting for an Amazon delivery.

Morning all. We have taken father in law to see the consultant about his piles this morning. sorry if that is TMI, but it's true. Off to see the enthusiastic dog this pm, living the good life here I can tell you!
