A bike ride is my chosen exercise for today.

Nail painting and pootling after that.

Homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don for our usual Friday beers and tapas...and Conor is joining us for the evening.

Beautiful out there today, although thick frost on the cars.

Art this morning, it will get hot in there - it's a lovely room with views of the gardens, and lots of glass.

Not sure what else I might be doing, probably not much once I've had lunch.

Mist slowly clearing and it's going to be another lovely day 20C maybe?

I'm going to try and get the ironing done and also a stew.

If I have time, I need to spray the rest of the bottom drive, so we can clear it before we order more gravel to finish it off. I might make time and ignore the ironing

It's funny looking out of the lounge window - we have mist ove the garden, field and valley and blue sky above it

Another sleepless night. Acid reflux and stomach pains.
I am getting fed up with it as i feel so tired all day.
Must go shopping sometime today but for now i am going
back to bed for an hour.

Me and Billy had a long walk earlier. It was perfect weather for walking this morning and light enough when we went out at 6.40am to not need the torch!

There's housework to do today, Joe's in college all day and Tom's home tonight.

Going food shopping with D in a while, B said yesterday that she fancied coming (think the TU sale might be a factor ) but as she was out with friends last night, and is yet to make an appearance, that's not set in stone Mick has a day off too, but wants to get on with some art work

Such a lovely sunny winter morning here as well - had to scrape the ice off the windscreen but the beauty of the day makes up for that. Pity I'm stuck in the office though - I'd love to be at home and do things in the garden. And typcial - the weekend is going to be wet, cold and miserable

Lissie, sorry you had a bad night - I assume you've got meds from the GP to take against the reflux? Maybe ask for a referral to see a specialist and see if there is more they can do. You need to be able to sleep

Your days all sound so much more exciting than mine so enjoy the shopping, eating out, busy in the garden, art, spending time with family etc.... Usual work day for me (well with the added bonus of our usual Friday lunch - Korean today); and then to a friends for dinner tonight which will be nice.

We're off into town this morning, Boots are making a total mess of my repeat prescriptions. If no joy we'll drive down to the surgery and see if the receptionist can help sort it all out. Or course it should be a lot easier to phone, but as it takes absolutely hours to actually get through, this will be the quickest way to deal with it

Morning all its a bit cloudy now but the way my house is built I wake up to beautiful sunrise each day my bedroom and kitchen are lovely but front room is at the back and always cold never mind spring is on its way hope everybody one has a good day and hugs for poorlies
