It's raining of course, we had most of yesterday without it.

I had to be up before 7, the blood clinic is closed today so someone is coming here.
They phoned yesterday, but could only say it would be between seven and one

Our lamb last night was lovely, a bbcgoodfood recipe, so easy, get it all ready then bake for 3 hours

A decent amount of chocolate was eaten, and plenty left

Today a few odd jobs, and maybe a trip to w/rose in case of bargains

Same weather here Di, dry nearly all of yesterday but damp and drizzly again today. I've loved not having to commute to work this past week but in a way what a waste of holiday it was because I didn't get much done outside at all.

Not sure what the plan is for today. Have to go past Karl and Nadine at some point to pick up something I forgot there (or Nadine may well drop it off) but that's about it.

We have hazy sunshine at the moment, but thunderstorms are forecast

Had a great day yesterday, managed to get one of the big flower beds weeded and will have another one done today, hopefully. Mitchell thoroughly enjoyed his pre-birthday lunch We did too, just have to face the carnage in the kitchen

Normal working day here too, so might pop into Nelson's and order more gravel

Good morning all, it's pouring down here - a sign that it's a Bank Holiday!

Joe's gone to work, Tom's back from dropping him off and is now having some breakfast before driving over to the university library to work on his dissertation. I've ironed and hoovered and once Tom's gone I'll steam clean the kitchen floor. Hopefully the rain will stop at some point so that Billy can have a walk, it was a struggle to even get him out into the garden earlier

Di, that's all done nice and early

Cruiser, thank goodness the white stuff turned to rain. There's been more than enough of that this Winter without it carrying on into Spring.
