It was great meeting my folks at the airport last night...dad was removing his jumper in arrivals and saying how hot it was in the car.

Picking them up mid morning to take them food shopping...funnily enough i don't mind going with them even though I detest food shopping in general.

The Spanish kids go back to school today after being off since June 22nd...hahaha.

My friend L's funeral this morning. Bb can't come as he has to work Mondays, but I'm meeting another lady from our support group and we're going together.

We had a nice meal out with D last night, I was a bit tired though after two hours of zumba in a daft outfit WW this morning and the usual bite in M&S afterwards, followed by a wander round the shops It's raining here!

One of both of us will be going into Ourique at somestage today. We need to get a prescription and I want to drop of some bedding to the laundry.

Apart from that, not doing a lot, both had a rubbish nights sleep, so might have a siesta later.

Seeing the GP at 2.20 this afternoon to discuss my blood test results. My hip's a bit sore again so will see if I feel up to a little walk afterwards.
