The sky is pink, a deep pink. sun just coming up and going to be another rather warm day

Once the watering is done, Grumpy will be staining the bench and I'll finish off the vacumming and mopping of the floors. After that, it's find something to do that won't make us drip.

Will be in the pool at some point, other than that, not a clue

Very nippy this morning - the village where I live is in a bit of a dip which adds to the chill and this morning I had my first, albeit thin, layer of ice on the windscreen; bbrrrrrr

Board meeting day today which means a nice lunch for them and we have the - usually copious - leftovers; yum

Good morning.

I'm later posting the past few days as it's so bloomin hot I'm out the door at first light to go running and avoid the heat.

I've just been in the pool and am sorely tempted to get back in for a cool dip and stay there as I don't start work till 6pm.

Had a lovely day with my folks yesterday as Conor and Jacob came over too.

The market we went to Kaz is the one that has fantastic vintage clothes stalls...I bought (well Don did ) a 60's style Puccini dress for the grand sum of 4 euros.

Good mornng all, sunny but chilly here, but no rain forecast which is great as I try to work my way through the mountain of post-holiday laundry Gym shortly, then need to do a supermarket run as we have little food in the house.

We need to pop out for some fruit and veg, if it stays nice we'll probably park up and have a little walk along the cliffs the other side of town.

Good afternoon all, it's been a busy morning!


I went out with Billy first thing and usually wear a hoodie over a tshirt, I went out to the bin before we went today though and came back in and found out a coat and gloves, it was proper chilly! It was beautifully clear and sunny though with low lying mist on the flat ground at the bottom of the common, it looked so lovely

Joe's gone to college and Tom hasn't got a shift today so he's popping out shortly. I'm burning candles and I've got some lemon oil in the Muji diffuser, trying to get rid of the smell of paint as we were painting woodwork yesterday - one more staircase and another floor of doors and frames etc to go!
