Good morning Ally and all! I’m amazed that you have rain Al :o We’re forecast around 22c today and the sky is clear!

I’m off into town to do some shopping shortly so that I can be back to see the This Country special which will be on iPlayer from 10am  John’s just left for work, he’s cycling in, Joe’s working all day and Tom’s working from 4.15pm. I want to get some washing done when I get back.

Thinking of Di and Bry xx

Have a good day all :)

Morning Ally, Jo and everyone

Grey and cloudy this morning and rain is forecast :Hi: :Hi: And thunderstorms :Hi: :Hi:

I-m still a little sore this morning, that will, hopefully go.

Off shopping later, with the last of our cash / I really hope we get our cards soon

\Actually, I-m hoping for lots of rain / our dafty neighbour has put down netting, to stop weeds and then gravelled on top / on a steep slope   :? Can=t wait for it to rain and the gravel to run down into his filed ;)

Hugs and thoughts for Di and Bb today x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you-re doing xx

Rain in Spain! (and Portugal).

It's a lovely autumnal morning here, bright and crisp; and like Jo's neck of the woods, predicted to warm up to the low 20's this afternoon.

Christine (MrsC) is taking her dad shopping and I'm off to the physio this afternoon. Risotto this evening. :)

Have a good day all.

Morning all

Ally, enjoy that much needed rain - the air will be so lovely and fresh afterwards; I love that smell
Jo, hope you get the shopping done and back home in time
Jan, hope the pain goes asap. Can you take some ibuprofen maybe? And fingers crossed re the bank card; how long did they say it would take? Any chance the card is already at the bank and they just haven't called you?
Re the gravel and the fabric membrane; that is a bit odd but if it hasn't rolled down the hill by now then I'm not sure it will with rain; unless there's lots of heavy rain - keep us posted :D He is an odd man isn't he
Crommers - yum Risotto... good luck with the physio

Usual / usual for me. Had a really busy and long day yesterday - our company is in the process of merger negotiations and the 'other' management was in yesterday so I had to be here really early; which meant leaving the house at 6.15am. Then we had a company drinks / nibbles after work so I only got home at 11pm - makes for a very long day and now I'm tired and happy to have my usual/usual again :D

Will take another painkiller later Ria. Think it-s the lesion causing the pain, as it-s been like this for a few weeks.

Roberto told us he will ring as soon as the cards get to the bank. But knowing Portugal as we do, this could be that he-s forgotten or they-ve been posted   Will give it to Friday and try and ring or maybe just go to Castro Verde.

Next door has only done some of the gravel ~apparently, he was nosing over the fence, looking at what we-d done, the other week. Also went into the field the other side of us to have a look   :?

Morning all xxx

No rain in Greece, but it's cooling ðown a bit, and fairly cloudy! I think we were wise to come this week, rather than next :? Last day today, so we're lazing by the "quiet" pool taking in what sun there is - might go for a swim later but the water is cold!

My thoughts are very much with Di and Bryan.

Love to all (((((((x)))))(

After 16 hours of mental rainfall the sky is blue and it feels really lovely and fresh. :D

I'm going to nip over and see my folks for a couple of hours....mum's promised me a corned beef and tomato sandwich.

Morning all, it is a gorgeous day here in St Andrews, sunny and warm. Miss Osc and I have just been to see the men tee off, it will be like a different course on this beautiful day, yesterday got progressively drizzley and they came in very wet. Had a super super meal last night. Miss Osc and I will check out of the hotel shortly and potter around the shops before meeting the men for lunch. Then it is back to Edinburgh for our flight home this evening, not due in Dublin until after 9pm so fingers crossed for no delays.

Constantly thinking of Di and Bry xxx
