Dinner tonight

Postby JanB » 30 Jan 2020, 19:41

did something I'd not done before, but kept saying " I must do that"

Pork and mushroom stroganoff 8-)

Rather good it was too, bit fiddly, and I think if I do it again, I'll add some garlic - I do like garlic 8-)

And Grumpy ate it all, even the tagliatelli

I had potato wedges with some satay chicken and it was meh.

I have loads of freezer meals and for some reason none of them interest me.

I have been eating lots of toasties of late.

huge lunch today so no dinner.... but Frank; here's one for you...

Roast a batch of veg; once cooked toss in a teaspoon or two (or three) of pesto. Toss in one / two / three teaspoons of pesto and serve with either lentils, quinoa, bulger wheat, brown rice - whatever you have. Top the lot with roasted sunflower seeds and pine nuts and some goats cheese

so easy and so yummy....

can post the proper recipe if anyone wants?
