Good Morning Monday

Postby JanB » 02 Mar 2020, 07:18

Morning everyone

A very wet and windy start to the day with more rain forecast 8-) But surprisingly mild.

Molly has just come in and had to be dried off - she was soaked

Will finish off the cleaning this morning, just the floors to do. I had hoped to get out in the garden, but it's too wet.

Dentist for me this afternoon and we'll have a pit-stop in the bar on the way back. We will, no doubt, be grilled as to why the police were here

Have a good day everyone ,whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a bright sunny day here and not supposed to change. My cold/sinusy thing is responding to my own form of treatment, so I feel improvement. Gym this morning, some h/work, and I have a physio appointment this afternoon.

Posting early today as I have killed so many daily threads lately, it's unreal!!!!

I'm working, and looking out at gorgeous blue skies and sunshine, remembering our jaunt out yesterday....lovely :)

The heating didn't click on this morning, no reason it shouldn't, the pressure is right...fiddled with the control a bit and it clicked on but I had to wait a bit till the house warmed through before I got up properly!

Enjoy your lunch out Kaz x

Have a good day!

I hope your heating gremlins go away Gal. Bright and sunny here which is nice. Keep Molly warm Jan! :) MrsC is back from dad transport; she says her uncle Jud doesn't know what day it is. His health has declined very quickly.
We need a few bits so will be out soon. I have a bit of a thick head, someone seems to have spiked my tonic water with gin last night.
Have a good day all.

Good afternoon all.

It's quite a pleasant, sunny day here and I quite enjoyed my walk to get the daily paper this morning.
I might have a go at tidying-up the garden a bit this afternoon - it looks a bit of a mess now.

Hope you are all O.K.

Afternoon all :D

Drizzle when E went round for the papers, but the sun's trying to come out now.

Good luck at the dentist Jan.
Enjoy the seaside Saundra.
Glad your cold is improving Osc.
Our garden could do with a good tidy too Aggers.

All this talk about coronavirus spreading is getting quite serious, I'm even beginning to wonder if we'll actually get our holiday. Barbados are advising they will quarantine anyone coming from an infected area and that's always supposing BA doesn't cancel flights. They don't actually have any cases there yet, but it has spread to the caribbean so who knows.......

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good afternoon all, it's been sunny so far today.

Me and Bill have had a couple of walks around the village and it's lovely to see daffodils starting to open and buds appearing on trees :)

Jen, I'm wondering the same about our holiday and what the situation will be by the time we go. For Joe and Amanda going to Rome too. It'll be their first holiday together and it'd be such a shame if this is still going on and they can't go. With me and Joe being in the at risk group for anything like this too, it's a worry.

Have a good day all :D
