Good morning Tuesday

Where is everyone? Good morning all

A very nippy but beautiful sunny morning here and - yay!!!! no wind :D. Got a 9.30 call this morning and will then quickly pop to the allotment to take the cover off the potato plants and strawberries.

General pootling at home otherwise in between doing work and checking on emails; so a fairly usual usual again. I'm quite liking this new usual / usual and could get quite used to it. In fact my boss and I were talking yesterday and he thinks working from home may actually be the new normal for some time, even for me which is quite reassuring ;-)

Have a lovely day all and enjoy whatever it is you're up to - stay safe xxx

Morning Ria, morning everyone

We've only just got up   Rather disturbed night with a lot of thunder, lightening and rain, so just lay there, listening to it  And then Molly wanted to go out about 5.00

So a grey and cloudy start with more rain forecast. Everything is completely sodden, no point even thinking about digging holes for rosses or dead heading. That will have to wait.

Cleaned all the light shades yesterday. Yes, we really know how to liven things up  Might attack the oven glass this morning  So just pootling.

Although great excitement. Will try a new Glad bag. Slightly different, well they would be, but the basic principle.

Roast pork for dinner. Need something warm for these chilly nights.

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

It's good that you are enjoying the homeworking Ria. Jan, that's cats for you!
Good morning! Cloudy here but a bit warmer than yesterday.
MrsC and her sis have gone on a dawn raid to Aldi and B&M. Then to their dad's.
There are a couple of plants in the back garden that need trimming and if it warms up a little I'll paint a fence panel or two.
I was pleased at Sainsbo's yesterday, straight in and they had the brands we wanted but haven't been able to get for a while.
Have a great day all.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny but a tad chilly, thank goodness the wind's dropped.

Good luck with the new glad bag Jan, hope it works okay xx

If this weather holds we're planning to get out in the garden for a bit of weeding.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Oh dear, we've discovered why Peps barked twice last night - she has colitis again :( Luckily very early stages, and B has spoken to the vet and has some meds coming tonight, Holly will drop them round.
