Morning Ally, morning everyone

Rather warm day here too 8-)

Been awake for over an hour, as Molly decided she wanted to go out, sat at the front door, sniffing, then decided she didn't like what she could smell, so had some breakfast and is now fast asleep. I, meanwhile, am up :cute:

Ana Cristina will be up with the eggs this morning and that's the excitement for the day

Will do a couple more hours on the drive early this morning, should finish it tomorrow. Did the bottom drive in the shade of the oak tree yesterday afternoon, so then it's the flower beds.

We're going to bring the resin table and chairs up by the pool and we can sit there later and have a bbq.

Idiot next door has now put netting over the fencing  It's the thick "can't really see through" netting which is fine, as the dogs won't see us that well. But the wind will play havoc with it   As he has continue down, the other side of our wooden fence, we'll lose some of our view, but as I said to Grumpy, they won't be able to see us at all :Hi: :Hi:

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning everyone :)

She's a bit wobbly, but otherwise seems happy, thanks Ally :) Glad you've got your LWD back :D xxx

Jan, the joys of pet owning, eh? Fraggle's speciality is
agging to be let down the garden, in the early hours, then just having a leisurely sniff round...... :cute: ;)

Raining here, but we do really need it! My cleaning day today, so hoovering, steaming etc. Otherwise no real plans.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Good morning all, it’s sunny here but very breezy.

Off for a walk on Hednesford Hills in a minute with John and Joe, and Bill of course.

Good to see that Pepper’s in good spirits Kaz xx Bill’s a sod for just wanting to go out just for a sniff around too

Have a good day all xx

Good morning, it’s very windy here, with sun and clouds. Edward is going to play golf and I have today’s treatment at 11.10. I’ll make some soup when I get back and hopefully have a walk.

Molly, you bad cat!
Morning all. Very windy here too Jo but sunny and warm. I hope the treatment goes well today Osc. I'm glad Pepper is more her old self Kaz.
I have been to Sainsbos in Wakefield but there was a massive queue. Is it a Bank Holiday on Monday? So instead went to a local butcher and the Sainsbury's local in the village where there was no queue at all, and got most things we needed.
Our son has been over for a quick visit to use our broadband, it was lovely to see him. His gf is working from home and their broadband is a bit wobbly so he came here.
Eliza has gone to her other grannie's this morning and cried because she didn't want to go. She said she wanted to come here instead! MrsC has said she took no pleasure in this but their was a pleased little smirk on her face, I'm sure!
Mrsc and her sister are at their dads.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

It's been a bit dull all morning, but the sun's trying to come out now :D

Hope your treatment goes well Osc xx

Photo's from our trip to Turkey this time last year have popped up on my Fb memories a reminder that we should still be sunning ourselves in Barbados, our flight home wasn't until the 26th. On that note I'm rather peeved with BA, our Avios points have finally been refunded but not the money owed. I've phoned to chase it up a few times now and they say it's definitely in the system and we will get it, but when is anyone's guess. Bearing in mind they cancelled us on 24 March I'm not impressed, we had our money refunded within a couple of days with Airbnb.

Yesterday's jaunt was lovely. We couldn't walk a lot, my ankle was still very sore, but just being able to stand and look at the sea was wonderful. Doubt we'll pop out today though, it's washing day and we have a Sainsbury delivery due this afternoon. If the sun stays out I expect we'll spend more time in the garden.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Jenni,

We are due a refund for the cruise we should have been on on 1st May. We book with a small travel agent who are very good and will try to get the refund we want.
Have had an email to say we will not get cash paid into our bank or credit card. Have been given a Future Cruise Voucher. Celebrity Cruises ay it is in the conditions of booking even though the cancelled the sailing. They want to keep the money.
Had a ferund for the caoch which we use to get to Southampton.
We may use the vouchers to pay for a cruise in 2021.
We will not fly again. Too much hassle at the airports
