Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 30 Oct 2020, 06:42

Good morning.

Sunny and toasty warm again. 8-)

Off for a walk shortly.

The water's still ok for a swim although this will be the last weekend of using it.

Two private classes 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don for a few well deserved beers.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning and we're in for another rather warm day 8-)

Bathroom cleaning first, then head into the kitchen to start the prep for lunch. We don't normally have lunch, but this will be about 2.30. Jan and Joquinha are coming up here, for a change. He's on holiday, so we thought we'd treat them here for a change.

So a boozy afternoon, no doubt

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning ladies, they sound like two nice days!
Grim and grey here, off to Sainsbury's in a mo.
We had Eliza yesterday so today is going to feature rest and recovery.
She's adorable but she's full on! She's like a like a little Ferret, into everything!
Have a good day all.

Good morning all, it’s looking like it’s about to start raining now.

I walked Bill first thing, had a tidy up and just went into the study to do some sewing and it looks like there’s been an explosion in there - Tom was working in there yesterday evening until 10ish and there’s his stuff everywhere, with my sewing machine moved off the desk and plonked on the floor in the middle of it. I’d intended doing the sewing yesterday but he came back and went straight in there so I thought I’d get in there this morning before he woke and beat him to it if he intended working in there today. I could take it downstairs into the kitchen and set up at the table but the window cleaner is due sometime today and I always feel awkward doing anything in their sight when they’re cleaning so I’d be distracted watching for the gate to open.

Crommers, I think we’d describe Eliza as being like a bag of ferrets

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s a fairly bright morning here, and I’ll be meeting a couple of friends shortly for a walk on the pier. Nothing planned for the rest of the day except some ironing, my life is so exciting

Morning all :D

Dull, overcast and breezy, but dry for the time being.

Enjoy your boozy afternoon Jan.
Rest and recovery sounds a good plan Crommers
I'm not really up on the rules of each tier, will Tier 2 stop you having visitors Saundra?

Washing day here, got a few loads to get through, that will take more than enough energy for one day. Sounds as though my life is as exciting as yours Osc

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

((((Hugs)))) for those going into Tier 2, take care everyone <3

Jo, I feel the same when the window cleaner is about :? Don't know why, as I'm never doing anything interesting :? :P

I walked into town to get my steps in. It was damp but just spitting in the wind rather than raining. I needed a new umbrella after nine blew inside out and broke the other day - I do get through them  - so I popped into Wilkos for a new one, Coffee#1 for a cuppa, then walked home. Hoovered through, steamed the floors, cleaned the downstairs loo, scrubbed the dog's bowls, and cleaned the kitchen cupboard fronts. Stir-fry for dinner 8-)

Love to all xxx
