Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 03 Mar 2021, 06:08

Good morning.

Forecast nice again. The duvet got booted off the bed for the second night running.

Off for a walk shortly then back for coffee and a sit down.

Jacob's coming over later for the day so we'll nip out for a spot of lunch. :D

Bidding Room (Nigel Havers at his charming best ;) ) and Masterchef. :cute:

Have a good day.

ETA...I've now caught up with yesterday's posts. I hope E continues to improve Osc and that your E had a comfortable night Jen.

Vibes for Suff and thinking of Crommer's family and Cruiser.

Good morning everybody,
Not had a good night.
Mrs.e is still asleep. She did not have much to eat yesterday.

Will now have carers coming in four times a day. Have been told to let them come even if there is only a short time between visits.
I am coping but it is hard at times.

Morning everyone

Misty start, but clearing up now and the sun is coming out 8-)

Cruiser, it will only get harder, I'm afraid. Be strong for Mrs e x We're here for you, if it helps in any way x

Off to Ourique, to do the normal running around. Books back to the library, pay a bill at the bank, Pingo and sort out Grumpy's phone. I'm a bit miffed with it. Bought the phone, it didn't work, took it back and they changed the sim. Put money on it and that disappeared. Tried to ring the phone and it only works when we're in the same room. What good is that??

Will check the post on the way back and then look to find something I can do, with it being strenuous

Vibes for Suff and continued vibes for the Cruisers and Crommers family xx

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning all, the misty start has now turned to heavy rain.

At least it waited until after Bill had his long walk. I hoovered once we got back, before everyone started work. Joe’s home today doing online college but he’s back in next Wednesday. I’d planned to walk to the Tesco Express down by town because we’re low on bread but that’ll have to wait until the rain stops.

Cruiser, it’s good to see that you’re getting this help x

Lunch out sounds good, Al :Hi:

Jan, that’s not good at all about the phone. Hope you get it sorted!

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s dull and dreary here. Edward is much the same, he says if things don’t improve, he will go to the doc on Friday. However, he is up and about and in good form. I was awake quite a bit during the night, then when I did fall asleep, I had one of those stressy dreams, so I woke up really tired. However, it’s not as if I have lots to do. I plan to do the household filing and then practise crochet, I’m struggling with remembering it all but I’ll get there.

I've left the phone at the shop and will pick it up again, once it's sorted. I left Andrea on the phone to meo, trying to sort it. But they have the same problem as we do with meo - you wait and wait and wait....

But how kind of Marco in the drogaria. I'd tried to pay at the multibanco, but they've changed the system and I got confused. The one bloke waiting there wouldn't help me, so asked Marco which buttons should I press. Come with me, he said. Got out their multibanco payment doofer and I paid it there :Hi: :Hi:

Blowing a hooley now

Glad E is up and about Osc, must have been a nasty bug. Hope he continues to improve x

Morning all :D

Bit dull and overcast.

Glad Edward's up and about Osc, definitely give the doctor a ring if he's still under the weather on Friday.

((((Cruiser)))) such a hard time for you. I'm so glad you are getting help xx

Well we had the dreaded phone call this morning, E's op Friday has been cancelled, another surgery is more urgent so takes precedent. His new date is the 16th, not too long to wait, and of course he understands, but obviously he's disappointed. Shame we didn't know before he went for his test yesterday, means he'll have to do it all over again. Now need to contact the transport peeps and give them the new dates.

Not much happening today, just the bins to put out later.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx
