Good Morning Thursday

Postby JanB » 23 Sep 2021, 07:27

Morning everyone

Dull, grey and more wet stuff, with lightning :Hi: overnight and to come. Mild though.

Late start, as we were watching the lightning and also had to move bedrooms, due to a buzzing mozzie, who munched me several times :cute:

So a day for doing nothing at all, read, watch tv and eat

Enjoy your hobble Crommers. How far are you going now?

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Janb and evrybody else

It has been raining. The sun is trying to come out but still lots of grey clouds.
British Heart Foudation have been to pick up some stuff I no longer need or want. They said they phoned yesterday but I was out in the morning and the afternoon.

So I can now have a lazy day. Car passed its MOT. Will have to do some polishing as grand-daughter is coming tomorrow.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning Jan, Cruiser and Vic - good morning everyone

Cruiser, lovely that your grand-daughter is coming to visit; enjoy the time together.
Jan, enjoy the day of not doing much
Vic a lovely sunny morning here as well, not overly warm yet, but it will get there

It's back to the usual / usual for me - regular mix of work and pootling.

have a lovely day everyone

Morning all, it’s sunny now after a dull start.

I’m waiting for a delivery by DHL. I’m delivery number 50 and he’s got 19 deliveries to do before he gets here. There’s plenty to occupy me anyway while I’m waiting.

Joe’s in college, it’s strange getting used to him being there for three days. He’s actually there more now than when he was doing the so-called full time engineering course when he left school

Have a good day all :D

Morning all.
It's gone a bit grey here and it's not as warm as yesterday.
I'm doing about 100m Jan. I could do more but the physio said not to try and do too much too soon. Are you getting in the pool much?
Eliza is coming today after morning nursery. Before that we need to get something for tea tonight.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all :D

Lovely and sunny again 8-)

We were up at silly o'clock, Mike has just been to do the annual boiler service. Callum the engineer who came to 'fix' the dishwasher is supposed to be here around 11am, not holding my breath.

E got his nice new phone yesterday afternoon, he's delighted with it. He's not keen on the official case so I ordered the type he likes from Amazon, it's due to arrive sometime today. The o2 store didn't have the model I wanted in stock so I had to order it online. DPD texted saying my phone and new case will be delivered this morning, fingers crossed.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all, these autumn mornings are lovely. I slept quite well despite the BP monitor, actually slept through it doing its thing a few times. We’re waiting for the supermarket delivery. Michael and Kellie will be here after school, and I have to pop out to the surgery with the monitor around 4pm. That’s my day.

Not now Crommers, the water isn't getting above 24C and that's just a degree or two too cold ;)

Lovely, sunny but windy morning now  8-)

Afternoon everyone :)

It's sunny here, but definitely an autumnal feel to the days here now. The usual Thursday here, Sainsbury's this morning with D. Since getting back I've done the cleaning. I'm tired today as I slept badly, but can't miss Pilates again so am having a rest now.

I expect the rain is welcome though Jan :) xx

How nice to be seeing your granddaughter tomorrow Cruiser :) xx

Yes, I think this might be the last of the summery weather Vic xx

Hi Ria, I guess it's a bit quiet for you today (((hugs))) xx

Hope your delivery arrived Jo :) xx

I'm glad E likes his phone Jen :) xx

Glad you slept well despite the monitor Osc 8-) xx

Love to all xxx
