Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 23 Nov 2021, 06:52

Good morning.

Warm and sunny again.
We put the duvet on the bed last night which was promptly kicked off.

No walk today...my trainers are in a state of relief.

A nice day at home planned relaxing and reading. :D

Have a great day.

A hug for Fraggle. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Cold start and a lot cooler day 8-) But no rain and the bliss that is no wind - for the moment, at least

Washing machine on and we hope to get all the jobs done today we couldn't yesterday, so will be out in the garden and very fresh air, once breakfast is out of the way. My big quilted coat came out of hibernation yesterday, as we sat outside.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

Cloudy and cold but no rain.
Wil phone the doctor later as I have not had the results of my blod test which was on 8th November. Usually get them a couple od days after.
Will just be pootling for the rest of the day.

Have a good day everybody.

Good morning all.
Another chilly one here.
I hope Fraggle is on the mend.
Eliza will be coming here after morning nursery, we may go for a walk with her this pm.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s dull and chilly here. Michael and Kellie will be here later, instead of Thursday as we will be away. Plenty to do this morning, general tidying around, ‘maybe’ some ironing, final organising of stuff for our trip and tonight I’ll do my nails.

I had a nice chat on the phone yesterday with the young lady who is making the film about the Howth tram - she is coming one day next week to film me  It’s for an exhibition on the tram taking place in a library about 16km away. This is about the Howth tram, you might find it interesting, I lived on the Ceanchor Road which is mentioned. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hill_of_Howth_Tramway

Morning all :)

Crommers thanks for thinking of Fraggs, he still can’t put weight on the leg at all, hopefully the orthopaedic vet can help tomorrow :( xx

Ally we’re in warm PJs, winter duvet and heavy throw weather here!  xx

Morning Jan :) xx

Cruiser I hope you get some good news with your results! Fingers crossed XX

It’s freezing cold here today! I’m out in town on my own, need to pay in a cheque and buy some toiletries - travel minis- for our jaunt this weekend. Going up to D’s for lunch, I’ll take some soup. Harry has his second driving lesson with his new instructor this afternoon, the first one went well last week.

Take care everyone, stay warm xxx

That looks really interesting Osc.

A few years ago Kaz I bought a wee 4 pack travel thingy.
I refill each one with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion and has come in so handy for our jaunts away. 8-)

They each have a pump dispenser with a really neat locking system.

Best £1.50 Primark bargain ever.

Merry morning everyone

a rather nippy start to the day - because it's an office day I had to leave the house early which meant scaping ice off the windscreen. Glad it's not something I have to do every day anymore :D

Kaz, gentle cuddles for Fraggle, I only just caught up on the pet board. Sorry to hear he's so poorly
Ally, we've got two clients here today from Madrid, they've been saying how unseasonably cold it's been there on Sunday and yesterday; be glad you're down south Spain :D
Jan, hope the weather holds so you can get the washing out and the jobs done. You should get Grumpy to build a wood burning stove for the patio enclosure :D how amazing would that be
Cruiser, hope the blood results are all as perfect as they need to be
Crommers and Osc, enjoy your respective days doing what you are - Osc, you'll be famous!!!

As said, I'm in the office today and meeting up with a friend for dinner this evening. Hoping I don't have to come in tomorrow; that will be nice - but if I have to then so be it

Have a lovely day everyone x
