Another gorgeous warm day forecast.

We had a fabulous day yesterday.

Going for a walk on the beach shortly. Wonder if we'll see peeps swimming in the sea like we did yesterday.

Back to the hotel to get ready for breakfast then lots more walking, mooching and ice cream.

Deciding where to go for dinner tonight is my choice.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Clouds and sun for us today, more sun than cloud, hopefully.

We have the joy of unbunging a drain somewhere Think it's from the shower, but we'll have to investigate before I can have a shower this morning. The washing machine is okay, as it drains into the field, so at least I can use that.

Stripping the turkey this morning and then don to a friends house for a couple of drinks this afternoon.

Good morning everybody,

A clear blue sky and nt a cloud in sight. Themperature is nearly 16C without the CH being on. Am going towalk to get the paper. The local
Tesco only opens at 9.00 a.m.

Then it will be a day of pootling. Will be doing a bit of tidying up and relaxing.
JanB, hope you get your drain unblocked. I keep a canister of crystals which I can put down the sink or wash basin to clear a blockage.
Have used it a couple of times. Also if it is in the underground pipe, my house insurance covers any work required to clear the blockage.
Have had to use t once with no charge.

Morning all

We had a lovely family day yesterday, thankfully D was well enough to join us Today’s the day we say goodbye to Becky, as she’s off to Australia tomorrow. We’re in the car now, taking her across to her dad’s. Mixed feelings - really excited for her big adventure but boy I will miss her! I had a difficult relationship at times with my mum, so am so grateful to have such a good one with B.

Morning all, it’s a lovely sunny day here. Still in a food stupor after yesterday’s lovely dinner, and my sister brought along a gorgeous trifle made with red velvet sponge and raspberries. Breakfast in Miss Osc’s was fun and could become a tradition. We’re having a totally lazy day today, I’m seeing a friend this afternoon and we might manage a walk along the pier. I’ll probably work on my latest jigsaw, yesterday I managed to complete all the outside. Enjoyed Call the Midwife last night, and looking forward to the Coronation documentary tonight.

Kaz, you will have such mixed feelings, glad that Becky is heading off on a big adventure but sad knowing you will miss her. Have a hug ((((((Kaz))))))

No idea why the shower was running slowly, all clear, so something to keep an eye on. Weird set up, the plumbing in this country, as we have a sort of man-hole in the floor, so maybe moisture from that.
