Jo it really is a brilliant delivery service I pay £3,00 a month delivery saver for delivery midweek but I had to pay extra today Friday
But it would be a taxi £13-00and we only have Tesco or asda for delivery here anyway won't need a delivery for about 3weeks
All the heavy stuff

Afternoon :)
Glorious day here, wall to wall sunshine, although Bb was working just up past Eastleigh and said it was cloudy - nicer for him walking about.

Hope you and Hannah had a good time in Cheltenham Kaz and didn't spend too much ;) :)
Debih when are you off, and is it to Cornwall again? - if it's tomorrow, have a fabulous time x
Meriad hope the trains are ok tonight, and hope you've managed to wrangle Monday :)

It was that pop-up farmers market again today, so I went this morning. Just got giant wild boar, apple and leek sausages and some small steaks.
We don't eat a lot of meat meals so didn't want to overdo it ;)
Then went into Milford village which is on the way, for a little mooch. They have their annual art and music festival on, for a small village it's very impressive, we may well go tomorrow evening, there are several good acts, the biggest local community choir, plus a Coldplay tribute band, and there's a wine bar, beer tent, Pimms bar, several of the restaurants have stands on the green as well...and it's all free :D
Hope you all enjoy your evenings
x

Yes Di - it's Cornwall. But not until Monday. We are going for 10 days Monday to Wednesday in the hope of missing the worst of the traffic.

HI all - still a warm one here, though not the dizzy heights of 30 like Tuesday!! Still close though, and mainly sunny 8-)

I was at the GP again today (there yesterday for BP check, it was JUST under 90 (lower figure) but the other night I'd woken with a pain in my calf, and when I felt it there was a lump under the skin. I rubbed it for a minute and the lump went away but my leg felt weird for a while after, and much of yesterday so I didn't go to Nordic walking. Tom said I shoud check it out at the doctors so I did but did I feel silly when she said it was most likely cramp!! She was concerned I'd not had a blood test since increasing the dose of my meds to 30mg (from 20) so organised that as she said it might be that my potassium levels are lower than they should be :(

So Jen has gone off to Sheffield for the weekend, another festival! It has become tradition that she and I have lunch in town before her train, so we duly did this - Durham is a PITA at the mo as they are "improving the road structure" and the traffic is a nightmare!! Anyhow we enjoyed our lunch and then I waved her off - tink she was a bit miffed I didn't take her up the steep hill to the station in the car, with it being so warm and she had a heavy bag, but getting from the end of town where we were, to the station and then back again was too much of a faff, so she went off on her own and I went and got some shopping done. And I have been home since shortly after 4 but I haven't long been sat down!

Tom's out till about 9 so I shall get on with food for us then - have a good evening all xxx
