My favourite is either mature cheddar if I'm cooking with it, or extra mature or vintage cheddar if it's going with crackers etc

And agree Di - baked camembert with fresh baguette and onion marmalade - to die for!

The goats cheese or whatever they decide to make it with, take the top crust off and use a spoon to scoop out the inside - seriously gert lush :lol: :lol:
