So today I have been to meet my old pal Alison for a coffee and a catch up. She's lived life and is now about to enter a new chapter - for the last 6-8 months she's been living with and caring for her elderly poorly mum back in her old home from when she was a girl....but she's not staying there! She and I met at tech college when we both were on the same Nursery Nursing course, she's moving back to North Yorkshire, where her heart is (Richmond, I LOVE Richmond, she'll be getting lots of visits!) and has a job already lined up there. So today we'll be catching up about how and when this came about.

Raining. Shame as it was so nice yesterday. It's still pretty humid though.
