Good afternoon all, after a lovely sunny start here it's now raining.

Managed to have a lovely long walk with Billy before it started though, the temperatures have been lovely for long walks lately. No plans for today, think I might do some steam cleaning though. Tom's back tonight. He said 8pm but I'm not sure if that's when he leaves Derby or if it's when his train gets in this end.

Kaz, I couldn't buy chocolates that early for Christmas, especially Lindt

Have a good day all :D

Quite windy down here in the Blackmore Vale today, so the washing's out on the line again and I'm studying the heavens for shower clouds.

A trip to Shaftesbury this morning, Mrs O for a hair cut and the Ostrich for breakfast, the bank, and the council recycling centre to get rid of a box full of shredding .... :D

Good evening all.

We've had a lovely day out today - a coach trip to Gloucester - a wonderful town for shopping in,
and it has quite a nice cathedral, although we didn't like it quite as much as others we have seen.
We also had a trip, with a delicious afternoon tea, on the lovely ship canal, and we were blessed
with a warm sunny day. We certainly recommend Gloucester for shopping - there being so many
under-cover shopping arcades with bargains galore. We certainly will go there again before long.

Hope you all had a lovely day too.

Kaz - The boat we went on was the "King Arthur".
