I shall assume it wasn't your fault as you just put your hand out in the bathroom without looking and it was the wrong tube sitting there. As drink had been taken, then mental faculties can't be expected to do more than reach for the last known place...

I shall store the name of that as my left hip doesn't like me very much at all at the moment.

So yesterday MrsC and I take her dad for his eye appointment at the hospital. He gets his treatment and it is time to go home.

He can't find his glasses, so they are searched for. For ages. They aren't in his glasses case, his pockets, the waiting room, the car or the treatment room.

As it turns out, they are inside his flat cap. Which he is wearing on his head...

I think this latest episode is up there with the time when they went to Majorca on holiday. The family were all on the plane when FiL sneezed and his false teeth (top set) flew out and disappeared under the row of seats in front. MrsC's sister had to get down on her hands and knees to get them back.
