Afternoon all. Sun and cloud here but nice and warm, it's not a bank holiday. We had a lovely time in Cobh, but busy. Out for a meal with our friends on Saturday then out dancing till midnight. Lunch on Sunday with same friends and then more dancing 3.30-6pm. After that, straight to the station for our train home. I decided to have a relaxed day today, didn't go to the gym and will just potter about the house doing whatever I feel like. Mr Osc has gone to play golf. I am about to pop out to the shops for a few bits and pieces now.

Good luck with the MRI Jen. Some nice looking ticker countdowns at the moment, aren't there :Hi:

Good afternoon, everyone ... hope the MRI went OK, Jen, and glad to read you're having a great time in Norway, Ally. 8-)

Gorgeously hot, sunny day in Dorset - we drove up to a pub we've found at East Knoyle, about 5 miles from home just across the Wiltshire border, which is set high up on a ridge overlooking the Vale. There's a viewing point there, and we could see most of the featured landmarks, despite it being a bit hazy. Small pub, but doing a good Bank Holiday Monday lunchtime trade; plenty of walkers calling in for a snack and a drink. The beef and red wine casserole was very tender, and Mrs O feasted on lamb samosas .... :D

Hi all - we're back from the caravan now, we left earlier than we usually do, we're both a bit sunburnt off yesterday and I've had loads of stuff to do when I got home, two weeks' ironing for a start off! Few traffic delays, but we got stuck north of Newcastle for a spell due to an overturned caravan

Tom's now getting the dogs from the farm, I've done two loads of washing and tidied the mess in the kitchen that Jen and Kyle left (they came to stay Saturday night to Charlie-sit) and clean up some cat sick on the dining room carpet.....sigh. We went to the local park late pm and had a coffee and some cake, it was lovely and sunny but a bit windy and now it is cloudy and may rain....

It's been a lovely weekend though! When I think about the same one last year, when both of us had a dreadful chest infection and we were too poorly to do anything....

Have a good rest of BH everyone xx

Good evening all!

It's hot here. BIlly had his two walks before lunch, first one being at 6.15am. We've got the fan going in here and it's still roasting hot.

Jen, I hope the MRI went well.

Hope you've all had a good Bank Holiday Monday xx
